update ♡

hehe hi guys. just a short update heh.

went for brunch on friday at Paris B located at Tampines Mall level 1! since we can't decide on what to eat so might as well try out PB since we haven't ate at their restaurant before haha. well it is designed for brunch but it has like only 3-5 items in the menu :-( expected more tho.

but well these are the items that we ordered! (didn't try the best seller since it looks plain hahahaha not filling enough for me! xb)

for mine is this! croissant with bacon, cream sauce w mushroom and wedges as side dish~ oh  i recommend this it's really quite nice!!

really wanted to try the waffles but i was too full in the end so i couldn't order it haha. next time i guess! but anyway we went to walk around later and i went to The Face Shop to look around ^_^. went to bought some stuffs because there were promotion hahaha.

items that i bought!

i bought the concealer, cherry blossom hair mist (not in photo) and perfume/ body spray hehe. the mask and the others are free gifts hahaha. well the smell for the hair mist and body spray is quite nice and the concealer has two sided, the top one is like lipstick and the bottom is is like liquid type hehe~ there is also a promotion that is when you spend $30 and above you get $5 off total bill! i'm a member there but the staff told me that it's better to use the $5 off rather than the membership discount. so even if you're not a member you can still get the items w discount! xD keke. but i'm not sure whether the promotion is still on going tho!

black and pink! i think that black and pink is a really nice combination together haha. too bad mom didn't allow me to buy 2 :b so i decided to buy the pink one! (since i have so many black shoes already and pink is my favourite colour haha)

also i saw that there was this book sale! and it's all about baking hehe so i went to buy 2 as the second i=one is 50% off hahaha. (fyi i bought a oven last december! can't stop baking noww!)

so i bought one for cupcakes and one for cookies haha. 

it has so many cute designs and ideas that i can make! can't waitttt! I'll share with you guys the receipe as soon as i make any one of them! ^_^

well yes there was suppose to be school today (UNTIL 4 SOMEMORE piang eh) but i was absent from school today for some personal reasons. but after completing the things that we (with my relatives) had to do, we went to junction 8 to walk around and had our lunch~ we went to crystal jade kitchen!

oh my gosh when i were writing our orders on the paper while my mom told me what to order, i asked her is it too much? (like we almost ordered at least one dish each from the tim sum menu) and in the end YES IT'S TOO MUCH. hahaha like seriously, we had lots left! well but at least the food was not bad la haha. in the end my aunt took the leftover food home. and yes my favourite dim sum is the one that is in front of me, the fried prawn roll or something haha it's really nice!! cx

wanted to buy my baking tools and ingredients today but i kept mentioning it to mom and seems like she ignored me. it's ok i shall go shopping after school tomorrow alone just hope that i have the capital haha. and i went home and ate the cake that i bought from Paris Baguette yesterday~

i can say it was QUITE nice. or you can say okok la. haha maybe i should've tried their tiramisu or something but ok la, this is not bad either.

AND I'M REALLY SORRY IF YOU THINK THAT THIS IS DISGUSTING. but idk why but i really love cakes that have this kind of crust (JUST LIKE CAKES FROM FRUIT PARADISE HEHE it's a shop/restaurant that sells cakes/pies and also curry rice) IT'S JUST SO FCKING NICE and they even have a thin layer of chocolate (??) on it hehe. ok sorry just sharing.

140106 - yay 2014 happy new year ♡

hi guys! school has started since like last thursday, so how was school? hahaha. well since i get to see my friends and i'm finally in sec 3, guess atm all is going well. but i'm very sure that i'll be very busy verrryyyy soon /cryes/ anyway took a break from blogging for quite awhile. main reason is because i'm lazy (lol), but partially is because i'm busy haha. was finally 14 last november and went to get a part time job at kfc! (hehe gets to eat chicken everyday even fatter hahahaha). anyway, am gonna blog about yesterday. (i'll be like blogging backwards lol. haven't blog my previous posts that i've wanted to!!)

anyway yes it's gonna be all food porn pictures again hahaha. how can i not share good food (pictures) with you guys!! chey haha.

yea so yesterday was like just a normal day. went to school at 7 plus and ended school at 330. kinda rushed to tuition after school from 4 to 6 and took a bus to meet mom at bus interchange hahaha. she told us (me and dad) that she'll like reach at 7 plus and i was surprise when she called me at 619 and told me that she's at interchange already lolol -^- but anyway since it was raining and the weather feels cold so we went to ate steamboat at JPOT hehehe.

idk how much i ate omg like some pig that can't be satisfied. oh and mom suddenly have the craving so we went to mr bean hahaha. and yes i saw the new drinks TARO SOYA MILK & YUZU SOY MILK HEHEEHE. i love both kind of flavours!!! (never try before the taro one la haha, just love taro heh) i bought the yuzu one because it caught my attention first when i just walked into the shop and i've set my mind to buy that flavour hahaha. and guess what i thought it will be normal and plain but omg it's damn nice la!! it's like sweet and a little sour. and the yuzu pearl is not like those chewy kinds, it's like those ekura sushi (ok wtf idk what is this called and had to google it haahaha) that you eat!!!! it just burst open in your mouth when you bite it lightly and the sweet/sour juice just flows out~ soooo nice!  (ू•ᴗ•ू❁)

and while on our way to get my grandfather's dinner, we walked pass Paris Baguette and we've never tried before since it is a newly open store, we decided to try it out. EVERYTHING LOOKS SO DELICIOUS I CANT EVEN. but i made my choices la haha, i got myself a sweet bacon roll and a egg tart! (FUUU I HAD THE PICTURES BUT LONG STORY NOW I DONT HAVE ANY FOOD PORN FOR THIS ASDFGHJKL RAGE) well it was quite nice! the sweet bacon roll is like, inside egg mayo, after that a thin layer of bread and lastly the outer is sweet bacon~ and the egg tart crust was alright, but the filling is niceee! it just kind of like you know, smells and taste better. x)

if i'm not wrong they are something like a restaurant too! i saw a menu and inside has brunch and stuffs like that~ i'll be trying one day and will definitely blog about it haha! but meanwhile you guys should go and check it out and try it, i'm sure it'll be nice! (somehow) haha ok that's all for this post, i'll be continuing with my next post now, bye guys! x*

hello guys hahaha. just updating my blog and trying to clear my photos haha. sooo yea, first hello december!!! hope that everyone will enjoy this last month of the year and have a great month! hehe x Anyway, yea so i went for my backbone check up on the 22nd of november. took a taxi instead of public transport because mom was afraid that we'll be late lol (lucky we didnt!) andd yes, as usual we paid a fee of $4 at the reception counter. the doctor checked my back and say that it has a little changes and i have to go and have x-ray. not like the previous time, this time i went and there were so many people!!! it's like all seats were occupied!! but oh well, i still have to wait anyway haiz. i'm not sure how long i've waited but i think about 20-30 mins? and the x-ray took less than 5 mins lol. after that i got to go back to the doctor and show her my x-ray thing. and guess what she say, oh it's just a little curved (like 0.5%?) on the bottom part of my backbone, nothing much. and i paid $15 for the damn x-ray and you told me oh nothing much!!!! >:( wasted my $15 leh. haiz.

But anyway was supposedly planned to meet dad straight away after his work but he said he didn't brought any clothes to change into so me and my mom have to find somewhere to walk around and wait for our dad... and yes, we went to bugis!! hehe, didn't went to bugis with mom for a long time. (nah i don't want to shop at bugis street because all the pretty clothes are only for skinny people lol and i can't fcking fit into any of the clothes! haiz even though i love shopping at bugis street but nothing fits me, no point :-() so we went to bugis junction and plus+! and yes guess what, it's time for shopping la! haha. we went to have some small snacks and shop around. i bought my mangas and magazines hehehehehe. and yes i bought a shirt!

*i'm wearing shorts ok hahaha* guess how much does this shirt cost? fcking $89 lol i don't even know why did i purchase it.

hehehe and yea you guys know the capital mall what star points machine thing right? you can scan your receipt after buying things from shopping malls which belongs to capital mall and you'll gain star points or something and i don't know how does it works hahaha. but after buying our things, the first thing my mom say will be where's the machine uh, i want to scan the receipt. hahahaha #typicalsingaporean uh. but anyway, it's near 7 soon and we're meeting dad at 8 at tampines so we went to take bus back to tampines ;-) (i hate the mrt la) so yes we met at tampines 1 and went to ate Fish & Co.! It's our second time eating f&co hehehe it's really nice!! (will blog about my birthday post soon with f&c :D)

and yes i've been wanting to try this since my first visit! it stated that this can be a meal for 1 but i shared with my dad and it's somehow just nice hehe. i can consider it quite nice?

AND YES HOW CAN A MEAL BE COMPLETE WITHOUT DESSERT? BROWNIE/CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH ICE CREAM. MAJOR YUMS HEHE.

281113 x Swimmingggg!

YAY HEHE. Back with a new post hello peopleeeee! Went swimming yesterday afternoon with JiaEi, Abbie, Zermaine & Yu Qing! :D Went to meet Jiaei after my tuition (couldn't use phone so i couldn't reply her during my tuition. she asked me where am i and i didn't reply, she went to ask around whether people know where am i not. HAHAHAAHHA. siao one. Abbie still call me 8 times omg lol sia.) and we went back school to take the FAS form :3 Since Abbie and gang (hahahaha) still in bedok, me and jiaei went to Mac and had our lunch first~ ^^ And yes, my first time eating the new Ebi Burger. It taste quite ok. Not considered veryyyyyy nice, but also not not yummy either!

And yes i don't know what am i tasting hahaha. Non stop of talking with her and didn't concentrate on my food lol. Anyway, while eating, it started to rain... T_____T

But yea, we still met Abbie and gang and went outside of swimming complex and waited for the rain to stop, the lighting alert to go off, and the gate to be open. We like waited from 210 to 330 T__T (ahem and yea some unpleasant thing happened to me in between hahaha)

THE POOL COLOUR IS LIKE SO NICE AND WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE RAIN TO STOP. LUCKILY STOP AFTER ONE HOUR PLUS SIA.

But oh well, we went in like around 330 and went to change into our swim suit. ANDDDD JUMP into the water. Finallyy able to use my new goggles and cap hehehehehe. But i gained weight and my stomach was really obv T____T /haish shui jiao wo/ . And yes I/we did had fun hehehe x)

HAHAHA just some random girls doing their thing. (idk them ok HAHA) (why can't i see my caption under the photo after i've publish it uh? :-() Because of some matters Jiaei couldn't swim so she became our 'part time camera man' of the day c: Haha and we kept piggy backing each other in the pool. Abbie mcm like trying to kill me sia walao drowning me, strangling me omg. & we swam till like around 6 ;-) Went to bath and after that, camwhore! xD

131118 ; Temporary Tattoos ;-)

Hi guys! I'm back with a new (short) post haha. I can tell you that following instashops is a big mistake man. Whenever I go into my instagram it will be full of pretty clothings and things which will tempt me and I can't bear to unfollow them because I will anticipate for more nice stuffs hahaha. But anyway! Recently I saw a blogshop selling kind of er tumblr types of temporary tattoos and omg i fell in love with it ok HAHAHA. It's really pretty!! I didn't ask her for meet ups (one i'm lazy, two because she didn't stated where she's able to do meet ups so i didn't ask) but lucky she asked me whether i want to meet her at pasir ris (which is like one stop away from my area hahaha does she knows where i stay?! lol) and i'm like of course sure!! I can save the money for reg postage hahaha. Although she couldn't make it but i met her sister instead. & when I got my items i'm like OMG THESE ARE SOOOOO GORG.

they have quite some designs but i just bought some of it. nice right?! hahaha

AREN'T THESE SO NICE. I can't take it (it looks so nice and i just bought one each designs so i don't really bare to use it) so i took 2 and use it! Oh and because i bought quite a lot she gave me 3 free muahahaha. (the rila watch, snow design and 'i *heart* you') Love it! And yes since i couldn't get a tattoo (one my age doesn't fit the age to get a tattoo, two my parents will kill me hahaha), why not get temp tattoos?! They are like so nice, and once they fade off you can make another design on your body! (although it will cost haha) And i really wanted to have tattoos on my wrist, so i made them on my wrist!

So these are the tattoos that i've used for the moment! aren't these really so niceee (idk how many times i've said it lol)! Guess I will purchase from her again since the designs are quite my *taste* haha and the meet up place is also quite ok! Cake adventure!

Hi guys! Sorry I hadn't been updating recently due to exams previously and my laziness (laughs). & now I'm back with a cake post! Because we had our friend's birthday bash & party (will be posting this later), and I decided to bake a cake for her instead of buying of because it seems more, sincere? haha. We needed the cake and my house doesn't have a oven (even my friends!), so I went to my ask one of my friend from church who bakes often and yeah, lucky me, she agreed to us (me and my friend) going to her house to bake a cake for our friend! If you guys are interested to bake a chocolate cake, here's the recipe that my friend from church sent me:

For my case, I went to the supermarket and didnt found any all purpose flour :-( But I saw cake flour so I bought that instead! So you guys can use cake flour too, it suits any cakes! :-) & yeah eggs are all the same size haha, just use the normals eggs. & my friend didnt added warm water/ coffee, she just added normal water which was not hot nor cold o.o but well, the mixture was ok in the end :-) Most importantly, always put in dry ingredients first, mix well, make a hole in the middle of the mixture, and add in the wet ingredients, & mix/blend well! After that you can add the mixture into any mould and put it into the oven ;-) but always remember to preheat your oven first! For our case our first cake took quite a long time for it to be fully baked ^^" Although the top was burnt, but it was nice!! We cut off the top and made the cake flat. & of course, we ate the top parts! (But my friend didnt let me eat the burnt part even though it smells and looks so nice!! T^T she say it's not good for me haha >:)) IT WAS YUMMY. It's super nice omg! Since it was hot the outside was crispy and the inside was soft! It's veryyyy nice. Those who loves baking should definitely try this simple and yummy recipe!! 

here's a photo of the top part (crust??) that we've cut off from the cake ^^ HEY IT'S SUPER DELICIOUS DESPITE LOOKING LIKE SOME IDK WHAT. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!! You guys should try making this!

 & yea, I baked 2 cakes! One for my friend (birthday on the 26th of October) & one for my dad (birthday on the 27th of October) ^^ We ended up using a little too much for my friend's cake so my dad's cake was a little thinner than my friend's one ^^" but it's ok! It's the thoughts that counts right? ;-) Anyway here's a picture of the cake after cutting off the top!

this is actually the bottom of the cake because I cut off the top part and flipped it over to make it easy for me to coat the chocolate on it.

Since I'm in the mood I'll state the steps that I used to do the cake too haha. So here are the steps below!

First, take out the cake from the fridge / wait for it to cool down after cutting off the top part of the cake .
Second, melt the chocolate (any chocolate you want) thoroughly.

The chocolate that I uses is Hershey's baking semi-sweet chocolate. I got it at AMK Hub's NTUC! :-) Using baking chocolate makes the chocolate really easy to melt. For people like me who doesn't have a oven & microwave (not working after not using it for so long haha), you can melt chocolate by putting a smaller / bigger bowl below a bowl. The bowl below should have hot boiling water / warm water to melt the chocolate. You can cut the chocolate into smaller pieces in order for it to melt easier and faster. After that put the chocolate into the bowl on top, and mix it till melted! It's quite easy! :D You can use a big bowl and contain all the chocolate in the bowl if you're melting a huge amount of chocolate, it saves time haha!

Anyway at the same time, I went to melt the white chocolate (same method as the dark chocolate) too for the wordings on the cake. I bought the.. (idk what brand, I forgotten T_T) white chocolate chip (I guess it's available at any supermarket at the baking section) and melted it. It was also under 'baking chocolate' types so it's really easy to melt ^^ I melted the whole pack because I left the chocolate chips on top of my small fridge in my room haha and almost half of it melted already x( But oh well this is how it looks like when I've finish melting it!

I didn't have the small piping tip so I just cut off the tip! (but I still didn't did a great job on squeezing out the words.. T^T)

Oh third, after finish melting your chocolate, coat it onto cake using a spatula or anything you have and feel comfortable to use with. Coat it evenly at the top and the sides too, coating the bottom, well it's optional if you want to, but I did not because I didn't have time x) For mine it looks like this:

After that you can start squeezing you wordings on top of your cake or sprinkle some sweets on it like oreo and more!

For my friend's birthday cake I used my store bought macaroons (from candy empire! should be super yummy but I haven't taste it because it looks so nice HAHA).

I've always thought that the macaroons were all together in one packet and not being separated by small little packets inside. But when I opened it, to my surprise it's in small little packets! So cute hehe.

LOOK IT LOOKS SO CUTE AND EASY TO EAT OMG

Haha but there were only 6 small packets in a packet.. x) So for my friend's birthday cake I used up 3 to kinda create a "mickey mouse" look (lol) (actually just trying to fill up the empty spaces hahaha). And I used a zip lock bag to contain my white chocolate (stupid right?!) because I couldn't find my piping bag. And guess what?! It popped a hole and slowly.. a bigger hole xD So I put back all the white chocolate into the bowl and used a tooth pick to write the words slowly, one by one T^T (and the end product was so ugly oh gosh! I can't believe it. maybe it was better to buy one instead of making one.. x()

ohmygosh. such a failure!!!! x((( but I tried making her name nice! :-(

Anyway, haha the next day (??), I think on the saturday, I made the other cake for my dad. And yes I could not finish the white chocolate and I wrapped it will cling wrap and put it into the fridge. I took it out for awhile when I wanted to use it and put it under the hot water ^^ It melted quite fast! I repeated the same method and steps as my friend's birthday cake ;-) But the only thing is I bought a row of oreo, took out the middle white thing (idk what's that called ><) and smashed it into crumbs. And after that I poured the oreo onto a strainer and sprinkle it down onto the cake~ (just like black snow hehe. not funneh? xD) but oh well, finally got a piping bag and put back the white chocolate in after melting it. But the end results still aren't that nice.. ^^"

Still ugly but, hey! I'm gonna improve soon after practicing a few more times ok! x(
